A leader, mentor, manager, educator, and pastor who officiates ceremonies, Duane L. Dillard has a heart for the community and strives to help its underserved members. Loving to mentor and inspire others, he is proud of his impact on many lives through his work as an admissions director, a pastor, and an ordained minister. He has excelled as an enrollment counselor at Western Governors University and a board member—recruiting students to complete their degrees and guiding them toward achieving their career goals—and chaplain at Living On Love Productions since 2022. He previously served as the director of enrollment at Altierus Career College in 2022; the enrollment counselor, senior enrollment counselor, and enrollment manager at CSU Global between 2013 and 2022; and the director of admissions at Raycotechnologies, American InterContinental University, International Academy of Design & Technology, and Jones International University between 1997 and 2011.
Additionally, Mr. Dillard is a music minister at Great Family Church in Florida and a board member for Living On Love. He has also been affiliated with the International Christian Coaching Institute since 2020 and has been active as a staff member of the Employee Affairs Committee at CSU Global and president of the Students Veterans Association at CSU Global.
In preparation for his professional journey, Mr. Dillard pursued a bachelor’s degree with a double major in history and Russian/Eastern European studies at the University of Pittsburgh when he was recruited to join U.S. Navy—ultimately serving for eight and a half years. He earned a diploma in cryptologic combat support operation from the U.S. Naval Technical Training Center in 1985, and later a Security Alarm Systems Technician Higher National Diploma and Fiber Optics Technician Higher National Diploma from Wrightco Techologies in 1997. He completed coursework in business and marketing at Harper College before attaining a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in applied social sciences from CSU Global, where he graduated cum laude in 2020. He subsequently earned an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from the Universal Life Church in 2021 and became a certified ordained pastor by Christian Global Outreach Ministries in 2023.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Dillard would like to serve as a board director for an educational entry; religiously, he would like to become a head pastor or keep serving his church. He is starting a singles group at church for members who are more advanced in age, aspiring to keep ministering to others and leading them to the Lord. He would also like to have his own church and take his ministry globally by doing it online, and create a gospel choir in the Tampa Bay area and organize a gospel concert there.
